Lightbulb Gas or Electric

Ok, so I know people have opinions about this sort of thing so:

Which is better, gas or electric weed-whackers?

Am I the only person here who likes electric? They are safer, quieter, and healthier for both me and the environment. How can anyone argue with this?

No way! Gas is waaaay better than electric. Sure gas might make more noise and some might say it pollutes more, but what about the fact that electric doesn't stay charged long and can't perform as well as gas. Gas might cost more than electricity but once you consider that you have to charge the electric weed-eater multiple times to get a job done AND because electricity probably comes from coal which is the heaviest polluting form of energy I think gas is less polluting.

I have yet to see a professional lawn service use electric.

I think I have to agree gas is the better option. More power. More options. Just more.

It's looking like gas is the consensus. I have to agree that gas powered edgers/weed-eaters are much better than electric.
