Default Feedback

About 12 years ago I owned a small company that mainly did Condo's and a couple commercial properties. I worked the business day to day with a helper and a truck. Do to some other interest and opportunities I got out of the business and started doing Community Association Management which led me to get a Real Estate License then turned to the Investment side of things.

Well I have always deep down wish that I had not stopped doing manintenance work. But I really never worked it as a business. To me an owner of a business needs to work on his business not in it. So I was thinking about coming it from a different angle. Work as a manager/ceo type and hiring the work to be done. I know there are several well to do people on this board that work in the business and that is great. I just want a business that would be able to operate just in case I got hurt or something of that nature. What are your thoughts.

regards,
