Default how to tame a jungle

iv'e taken on the task of trying to cleanup a jungle that has been let go for years. honeysuckle has taken over the whole back yard. has a lot of johnson grass, bamboo on the ground and growing straight up, and it all is teaming with mosquito's, water setting in trash containers etc. what would be best to kill the honeysuckle? weedkiller? and i am trying different things to cut down the bamboo. i am trying to think of the best way to cut the honeysuckle with all the vines. this is a job not my own place, i would not let my place go like this. any ideas i'm open to suggestions.
