Because of the new laws that govern our state, or maybe our county? We now have to consider the use of Phosporus when applying fertilizer. I didn't mind using commercial grade fertilizer with the higher cost. But, this year with now higher price in fuel, I am finding fertilizer compatible to what I'm looking for locally. But, is it cheaper?
