Default Lawn care estimates?

How do some of you come to your estimates on standard lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing / clean up ) to build maintenance contracts and what's a good resource for finding or building standard lawn care contracts?

You will need to first know how much it will cost you to run your business per hour. If you don't know your numbers you won't make enough money to keep yourself in business. Then look at the jobs and figure out what you will need to cover expenses and make money. Don't make the same mistake as others who will bid really low just to pick up a job or two. Bid on what you need to make money and don't worry what others are charging, because they may have different costs per hour.

You should consider how long the job will take too. If a job takes too long then you won't make enough money because you can't have more jobs, so bid where longer jobs pay out more to compensate.
