Default Need help on a estimate

could someone please help me? i have a lawn service and i have to bid a oeverseed job of bout 60000 sq feet i have to rent the tractor for $200.00 and seeder $100.00. so my question is how much should i charge per 1000 sq ft? $75.00 with seed and fert? thanks need help wayne

im just starting landscape portion of my services. im having problems with pricing to low!!! i have a mulching job with 3 large bed. dont want too under price. any ideas or info im in the eastern area of NC

you could use the LawnPro software get the amount of mulch you will need, by measuring the areas that need mulch. I normally double the price. example is 2cu ft bags go for around $2 per bag. So the total with labor would be $4.
You could also charge labor by the hour and jack up the price of the mulch 20-35%.

It is a fantastic and artistic to have a landscaping design at your garden. Adds beauty to the ambiance. Seems like there’s still no place like home!
