Default Hire new help?

So, I've been at this profession for about 14yrs. Going on my second year on my own and I'm finding out that there is more work out here for those who are hungry for more! I admit I've lost a lot of customers who has moved away, but to my surprise I finding more work than I almost can handle. When I lost my job 2 year ago, I had no intention of doing this for a living. But I can truly say I am satisfied of how this is turning out. Sure you can't please everyone, So I've found out, as much as I try. After all your name is on the line!. Not like if you where working for someone else. I've done that for most of my life. But now? Now I take what comes and what I can do, I do. What I can't I don't. If this lasts, I don't ever intend to work for anyone else again! Oh!, so not to lost my point, I've found myself needing someone else to take care of our landscape maintainance side of our business, now I could continue to do it as we have or hire help. There is a couple of alturnative to chose how this can be done, So my question is how have some of you with some experience, hire someone too help!

You could hire high school students. I know football players will often jump at the opportunity to make some money and start conditioning themselves to the heat they will soon be playing in.
