To answer your first question No. Anything that controls another living organisim will alway pose possible harm to anyone or any anamial coming in contact with the product. To answer your second question: Alway follow the label directions, and heed to all suggestion. If I remember, the No. 1 cause of exposer to a pesticide is when an applicator is filling and mixing the product. Then there is the clean up. Proper PPE etc. and lastly the application. Windy? Early morning, eveing? Pets, People? Not only is reading the label important, it is the Law. Especially if you are getting payed for this type of service. Just remember, The reason they are called professional is because they have the education, knowledge, and gained experience to safely apply pesticides according to State, Federal and Local law that govern how they do business.
