 What to do when leaves and snow fall?
In in the North, so lawn mowing ends soon. For leaf blowing/vaccuming, do you charge the same price as mowing, more? Once snow falls, what's there to do? I have a day job, so I can't do plowing, since unlike mowing, when people need to get out of the driveway, they need me NOW, and can't wait for me to get home from work. I can snow blow for less urgent properties - where's a good place to find pricing on that? I'm looking for a way to keep the name out there, keep having something to offer my very good and loyal customers so no one else woos them away, and of course keep the money coming in. If I can turn this into a year round firm, I'll blow the doors off next year and really amp it up. This year's been great, and now I'm bitten. |
