It might seem trivial but I've found a pretty cheap and non-evasive form of fertilizer is peat moss. If you put it directly in the ground it not only acts as a fertilizer but also improves drainage. I'm getting beside myself. If you put it in a broadcast spreader and apply it to a lawn within a day or so it will be about as green as it could possibly be. |
